Fearfully and wonderfully made...

Yesterday we went to Wee See Imaging and had a 4D ultrasound! What amazing technology! We got to see our little son move and kick and stretch and nibble on his fingers (we may have a thumb sucker). He has all 10 fingers and toes and even hair on his head! We are just in awe of our God and his incredible creativity! We are getting excited about meeting our little one!


For you created my inmost being;
you knit me together in my mother's womb.

I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made;
your works are wonderful,

My frame was not hidden from you
when I was made in the secret place.
When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,

where have i been?

hello friends and fellow bloggers! i have been a little slack with the updating!

i will use the excuse that i have been out of town lately! a few weeks ago i got to visit my dear friends jen and matt in temple, tx! it was a lot of fun! we had lunch at the ambrosia tea room and went to cute shops in selado, tx...i got to meet many of jen's spiritual mentors and friends and we just chilled! it is hard to believe that they have been there almost 3 years!

when i got home from tx, some of my sweet girlfriends threw me my first baby shower! so fun! paige, megan, jessie (and leigh anne) did an awesome job! we were given some great things for our little son! a pack-n-play, diapers, cute onesies and more! i am so thankful for all of your generosity! it is amazing how much "stuff" one little human needs!

for those who are wondering, we still do not have a name for our baby boy. 11 weeks to pick it out!! ahhh!

this past weekend, i won a weekend at the beach through premier, so the churchs and cothrans enjoyed a little R&R! even though the weather was a little crazy, the Lord gave us some sunshine on Friday and we enjoyed the pool and the nice breeze! oh and i have a great belly pic in a bikini! ha! coming soon... we went to the outlets and we ate seafood and played lots of speed scrabble and NERTZ!
